MOIST.
WET.
LUBRICATED.
PUSSY.
Let’s talk vaginas & vulvas! Most of the time we see those words being associated with sex or something negative. Usually when most people hear or see the words vagina or PUSSY, they react as if they just saw a ghost. And ladies don’t get me started on how the word pussy is used as an insult to call someone weak. Despite the negative connotations, I can't think of anything stronger than a vagina. Can you name something that can bleed for days on end and still survive? I'll wait... I didn't hear you say anything. Exactly. If you have a pretty, pulsating, phenomenal pussy, then congratulations. You have been granted access into what I like to call the Pussy Party.
Okay let’s get into some education on the female anatomy:
Heading Down South-Part 1
Mons Pubis- This is the triangular shaped area below the belly button that cushions your pubic bone. It's also where pubic hair usually begins growing after puberty.
Labia Majora- The two folds of skin on the outside of the vaginal opening that may also be known as the outer lips and are usually covered in pubic hair. (& yes, this is totally fine. Your body, your choice.)
Labia Minora- Found just inside the labia majora and surrounds the openings to the vagina and urethra, protecting them both. This area may also be referred to as the inner lips.
Vestibule- Begins just below the clitoris and surrounds the openings of the urethra and vagina.
Urethral Opening- Located within the vestibule, right below the clitoris and just above the vaginal opening. The main urethra function is the transportation of urine out of the body.
Vaginal Opening- Located inside the vestibule, just below the urethral opening and above the anus. This area is where menstrual blood leaves your body and babies exit during birth.
Anus- This is the opening to the rectum and is located a few inches below the vagina – which is why you have to be careful when wiping (always front-to-back) to keep the vagina safe from bacteria exclusive to the anus area. The anus also has a lot of sensitive nerve endings.
CLITORIS-THE BIG BANG - There are around 8,000 nerve endings just in the tip of the clitoris, (twice as many as a penis). It is a tiny area located at the top of the vestibule, where the lips of the labia minora come together and is covered by a clitoral hood. The clitoris is much more than what you're able to see. It extends inside your body, back and down on both sides of the vagina. Let’s revisit the fact that the clitoris contains around 8,000 nerve endings, and some people still can't seem to find the right place to…nvm.
I'll see yall soon for part 2!
