  Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are subjected to processing time which is 3-7 business days(M-F). 
  • Shipping/Delivery Time for US based orders is usually 3-business days(excluding weekends & holidays), but USPS/UPS can delay your package due to the impacts of Covid-19, etc.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking # via email or text(whichever option you chose). You can use that to track your order at anytime. Be sure to check your email thoroughly (spam & junk included) so you don’t miss your shipping confirmation. 

    Address Info

    The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address to process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. We do not recommend using a PO box shipping address due to possible restrictions. Please double check your shipping address at checkout to ensure your order gets shipped to the right address. After the order is shipped you must contact the shipping carrier to update the address.

    Delivery Info

    • If for any reason your package was not able to be delivered to the address you provided, & was marked “delivery attempted”(etc), it is your responsibility to schedule a redelivery of your package as soon as possible
    • If your order is returned to us due to you entering an invalid address or not picking up your order from your PO Box etc., you will have to pay the full shipping cost for your order to be shipped again.

      Myracle Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit or packages after they have left our facility or say delivered.

      All customers claiming damage or if your package was lost or stolen must submit a claim *directly with USPS or UPS and follow their instructions.

      International Customs Fees, Duties and Taxes

      We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and/or taxes. You are able to select which carrier you prefer at checkout. The shipping fee will be clearly presented alongside the shipping service and estimated transit time during checkout for your order.
