I need assistance with my order, what should I do?

  • Email customer service at support@myracleco.com. Be sure to provide the name on the order, and the order number (it’s in your order confirmation email).

USPS/UPS marked my package as delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?

  • Sometimes they scan the packages as delivered before they actually are. We recommend waiting an additional two days. If your package still hasn't arrived, you should first contact your local USPS/UPS to see if they have it at their facility. If they don't have your package, you should then file a claim.
